Health Ministries

What do you think of when you hear the word "wellness"?

Many people think of exercise and healthy eating.  We think of "WELL-BEING", a more holistic term fitting with John Wesley's outlook toward health and the congregation.  While physical health is essential, so is emotional health, financial readiness, connectedness and spiritual health (the five dimensions of well-being).

For information to help you along the way to a state of WELL-BEING, click on the picture to access newsletters and other WELL-BEING resources.
